I want to order a product that I saw on your social media, but it is not listed on your website. How can I do this?
Sometimes it can take a little while for us to add a product to our website! In the meantime, you are more than welcome to order by emailing us. Unfortunately we have discontinued our celebration towers, but please do check out our brownie gift trays and giant cookie pies with personalised chocolate text as a tasty alternative (examples can be found on Instagram).
Do you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately our products are not suitable for those with allergies and we don't offer any 'Free From' bakes. We work in a busy environment where there is a high risk of cross-contamination. Please refer to our Allergens page for more information.
How far do you deliver?
We are able to ship our products anywhere in the UK, excluding Ireland and the Highlands. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders.
Can I schedule my order for delivery/collection on a specific day?
In most cases, yes! But we need as much notice as possible. If you would like an order to be delivered or collected on a specific day, please contact us via email, our website or social media (Instagram/Facebook) stating which products you would like and when for. We can take bookings up to 3 months in advance.
Where do you offer collection from?
How can I see which markets you'll be attending?
Please follow us on social media (Instagram/Facebook) for updates on which markets and events we'll be attending. We attend a market almost every Saturday.
How big is a 'slab'?
This depends on the product, stuffings and toppings, but a slab is approximately 10cm x 10cm x 4.5cm.
Can I freeze my treats?
Yes! All of our products can be frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend portioning out your products before freezing. To defrost, we recommend gently microwaving until the product is warm and soft again or leaving them out at room temperature. For fudge and rocky road, we recommend leaving in the fridge to defrost (do not microwave!).
What are your opening hours?
As an online shop, we don't have set opening hours. We work from an industrial kitchen unit and the hours that we work vary. If you are placing an order for collection, the collection address will be forwarded to you.
Is there a minimum spend for orders?
We have a minimum order quantity of £10 for delivery and £5 for collection.
