Shipping Information

Minimum order quantity of £10 to be eligible for delivery.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

90% of parcels will arrive the following day however, according to Royal Mail, Tracked 24 can take up to 3 working days (although by experience we expect delivery to be no longer than 2 working days). Please allow until the third day post dispatch before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE - If you provide us with the incorrect shipping address and therefore do not receive your order, we will not be held responsible. We will not dispatch orders on the same day as a Royal Mail strike or Public Holiday.

Collection Information

Collection orders will be ready within 1-2 working days. Collection is available Monday - Friday, between 12pm - 3:30pm, from our Frimley bakery. If you'd like to collect at the weekend, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order.
